If you’re interested in becoming a Certified referee, please note that new referees must be 13 years of age or older at the time of registration. If you are 11-12 years old, please also fill out the interest form as CLYSL will host a Game Day Facilitator (GDF) course. GDF is our new mentor program where kids just under 13 can learn to referee while getting paid until they are old enough to get fully certified.

If you don’t yet have your U.S. Soccer Referee Certification and need to take the First-Time Referee course, please follow the checklist below:

• Email referee@countylinesoccer.org to express interest and receive information and fill out this interest form
• Sign up for First-Time Referee course – see link below

• Get uniform/equipment- Can be ordered on your own, or CLYSL may have one for sale in your size.
