Families with 2 players will receive a $10 discount. A $195 maximum is charged per family. ALL players are required to send a copy of their birth certificate. U10 and older players are to send in a small photo for ID card. Checks are made payable to CLYSL. ADD $10 late fee per child after May 30th.
